Universal (default)

Signal-ID: 71 und 72 (hex: 0x47 and 0x48)

Using this signal configuration, the following signals can for example be operated:

  • DB exit signal
  • DB block signal
  • DB entry signal
  • DB stop signal
  • ÖBB main signals and protection signals
  • SBB main signals System L and System N
  • SNCF shunting signal: Cv + M + (M)
  • SNCF main signal Châssis-Écran A: S + (S) + A + VL

This is a highly flexible configuration, using which different light signal types of simple construction from different countries can be operated. For reasons of space, we can only show a few examples here. Signal aspects for stop, proceed, proceed with various speed limits and even the cancellation of a movement forbidden can be presented. However, should you wish to present even more and more specific signal aspects on your signal, then you can deviate at any time to the numerous other preconfigured signal configurations.

The difference between signal configurations ID 71 and 72 is that on the latter the signal aspect number 3 "Substitution" is presented differently:

With Signal-ID 71, the additional signal lights up on terminal 5 (useful, for example, for DB and ÖBB).
With Signal-ID 72, the red lamps flash on terminals 1 and 2 (for example, SBB, SNCF, ...).

Example of signals from left to right: 3 x DB, 2 x ÖBB, 2 x SBB, 2 x SNCF ... numerous other configuration possibilities are available.

1 - Red LED
Red light for stop
2 - Red/Violet LED
Second red stop light (optional, depending on the connected signal type). SNCF: red = Sémaphore S / violet = Carré voilet Cv
3 - Green LED
Green light for proceed. SNCF: Voie Libre VL
4 - Yellow/Orange LED
Yellow light for proceed with speed limit (optional). SNCF: Avertissement A. SBB: Warning (System N), FB2 (System L, together with green)
5 - White/Orange LED
Additional lamps for cancellation of the movement or shunting forbidden (optional). They are switched on together with signal aspect numbers 2 to 4. SNCF: Feu blanc M. SBB: orange auxiliary signal L
6 - White LED
Possibility of connection to a speed or direction display (optional), is switched on together with signal aspect numbers 6 to 8. See below
7 - Green LED
Second green light for proceed with speed limit 60 km/h (optional)
